Our History

Zimbabwe for Jesus is a registered not-for-profit trust founded in 2003 by Trevor Lowden-Stoole as a non-denominational ministry to promote the preaching of the gospel in Zimbabwe and in Africa. It is based in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Since its inception, Zimbabwe for Jesus has conducted inter-denominational gospel crusades, church meetings, pastor’s conferences, seminars and workshops in both rural and urban areas throughout Zimbabwe, strengthening and establishing the church and bringing thousands of people to the obedience of faith in Jesus Christ.

It has also been involved in equipping rural church leaders for ministry through its Rural Ministry Development Program, has built a church in the Musana Communal Area and distributed thousands of tracts, books and bibles.

Zimbabwe for Jesus is a member organisation of the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) and an official ministry partner with the EFZ’s Ministry Development Commission. In November 2015, it received a special appreciation award from the EFZ in recognition of its outstanding partnership and service to the church in Zimbabwe. (The EFZ is a fellowship of over 200 Zimbabwean evangelical denominations and ministries).
